Reservation sales for DMCI Homes’ Pasig project sum to P12.6 billion.

RESERVATION SALES at DMCI Project Developers, Inc.’s (DMCI Homes) Pasig project Prisma Residences hit P12.6 billion and sold close to its total inventory.

The business reported in a Friday statement that a strong demand for homes in the region persists following the selling of 3,024 of the 3,148 homes in November.

The Consuji-led property developer registered selling 94 percent last year for the three-tower Prisma Residences launched in 2017.

Prisma Residences 1-3 bedroom units have a price of P4.004 million or more. It is anticipated that the Astra building will be fit for turnover by April 2022 while the Celeste building in April 2023 and Kiran in April 2024.

Last month the company announced plans to complete 10 projects valued at P13,9 billion before the end of the year, including 4,088 residential units, of which 3,500 were sold.

DMCI Homes estimated that the lockdown triggered a three-month delay due to a 76-day work stoppage.

DMCI Homes contributed P472 million net sales to its parent DMCI Holdings in the nine months up to September and down about 74 percent from P1.8 billion in the same timeframe last year.

Its sales dropped 36% to P9.5 billion after programs had been postponed due to constraints on construction activities.

DMCI Homes is part of the diversified engineering conglomerate of DMCI Holdings, Inc., which has power, mining, building and water interests.
