The company’s net revenue was P5.9 billion for Andrew Tan’s Emperador Inc. on Monday for the first nine months of this year, 11% higher annually, with the revenues of brandy and whiskey items in many global markets improving worldwide.

Emperor Brandy and the Spanish creator Brandy de Jerez said that the company reported 26% growth in sales for P2,5 billion, as demand for its goods grew overseas in the middle of the global pandemic. The Emperor was responsible for this.

“When the Philippine wrests with the effect of the coronavirus, the success of our foreign expansion boosts company earnings, bringting stability and growth,” said Emperador Chairman Winston Co.

Emperador, which produces Emperador Brandy and Fundador Español Brandy de Jerez, said that, in the third quarter alone, the company reported a record 26 per cent rise in earnings of P2.5 billion, as overseas demand for its goods grew in the midst of a global pandemic.

“The success of our international expansion has boosted company profits, adding stability and growth at a time when the Philippines is struggling with coronavirus effects,” said President Winston Co.

The group has said that it has been increasing consistently its foundador, Tres Cepas and Emperador labels, especially in the USA, Canada, Italy , Spain, the United Kingdom and Greater China.

“The fastest foreign growth comes from China, more than double last year, which is projected to be powered by the luxury labels and brandy,” said Glenn Manlapaz, CEO of Emperador Foreign.
