Through PHirst Park Homes, Inc., MEGAWIDE Construction Corp. is growing its precast portfolio and its footprint in horizontal housing (PPHI).
“The increasing number of housing projects we undertake is also consistent with our strategy of expanding our business operations into developing growth categories with significant end-user demand,” Megawide Executive Vice President Markus Hennig said in a statement on Tuesday.
The business will provide precast materials for 1,974 housing units at the PHirst Park project in Batulao, Nasugbu, Batangas.
Megawide proposes to establish an onsite facility and batching plant to increase efficiency in the manufacture and delivery of precast housing units. According to the firm, more developers are discovering the advantages of employing precast materials.
“With a more efficient process, less human requirements, and a more cost-effective structure in the long term, our customers can turn over more units and generate more profits in a shorter period of time than with traditional methods,” Mr. Hennig said.
The Batulao project is the sixth for PHirst Park. It has collaborated with the developer to construct roughly 9,400 apartments in projects in Laguna’s San Pablo and Calamba, Tanza in Cavite, and Lipa in Batangas.
“We are appreciative for PPHI’s continuous faith in us, and we are dedicated to maintaining the high level of quality that they have come to expect from us over the years,” Mr. Hennig added.
