The MEGAWIDE Construction Corp. said on Tuesday that the project phase 1 Malolos-Clark Railway Project had been granted three contracts worth more than P3.1 billion.
The mentioned business said in an e-mail declaration: “In the second quarter of the year, Megawine is planning to commence construction for the Malolos-Clark Railway Project (MCRP).
The company said that it is planning to supply concrete products and service facilities for a consortium of Hyundai Engineering & Building Co., Ltd, Dong-ah Geological Engineering Co. Ltd. and Megawide after a ‘strict’ bidding procedure.
‘Common services contracts are over P3.1 billion – P2.9 billion for concrete content supplies, P152 million for temporary machinery supply and another P59 million for the original equipment supply deal,’ said Megawide.
The company said that the project execution should contribute to restarting the economy.
The scheme is part of the Transportation department’s 17 kilometer North-South Commuter Railway Project.
