PRIMEX Realty Corp. has concluded a deal with Accor SA to operate its San Juan-based Pullman Manila in Primex Tower, which is expected to be finished by 2023.

The 200-room hotel will be situated on the top ten floors of a mixed-use property that contains shopping and office spaces on the lower floors.

Primex Realty Corp. is a division of the public firm Primex Corp., which revealed on Thursday that the 50-storey glass tower hotel would have two restaurants, a rooftop lounge, a wellness room, a swimming pool and event facilities.

Primex Corp. began development of the P3.6-billion Primex Tower in 2018, providing 200-300-square-metre office space each. The building is situated on a 1,944-square-metre lot at the intersection of EDSA, Connecticut Lane, and Florida Street, Greenhills Commercial Area.

Accor owns seven hotels in the Greater Manila region, with 16 more in the local pipeline over the next five years.

Primex Corp. purchased a 100% interest in its subsidiary Primex Realty Corp. in 2015, followed by a 42.86 percent stake in Primex Production Corp. in 2019.
