Working from home has many advantages. There are, of course, people who prefer to be with colleagues and work in an office. But for many people, the opportunity to earn enough money from working from home is a dream job.
One of the major drawbacks of working in the office is commuting especially in Metro Manila. As per the survey, Filipino waste an average of 16 days a year stuck in traffic! Not to mention the stress and the pollution that ever commuters face everyday. Do you know that Manila is the second most traffic congested in the world? Not in the Southeast Asia but mind you, in the world!

First, let’s identify what are the in demand home based jobs online. Does it really require skills or creativity? Well, let’s be honest here. No company would hire you if you don’t meet their qualifications. It is exactly the same thing with online jobs.
Companies, be it small or large organizations, would require a set of skills or experience before hiring an applicant. As a job seeker online, we don’t want to be scammed and it is the same thing with companies. They don’t want to hire unqualified individuals which would just waste their time, effort and money.
