Do not treat a loading screen as proof that a Maya payment failed. Check the transaction entry. If it is processing, wait for a final state. If it is completed but the destination is unchanged, report that specific reference to the destination platform.
Before troubleshooting
Confirm that you are signed in to the Maya account used for the payment and that the amount, date and destination are correct. If Maya reports maintenance or a service interruption, a delay may affect more than one transaction.
What the common states mean
| What you see | Safe interpretation | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Pending / processing | The payment has not reached a final outcome. | Wait and check the same reference again; do not duplicate it. |
| Completed | Maya has recorded completion. | Match the destination account history and report any mismatch. |
| Failed / cancelled | The requested payment did not complete. | Check whether funds were returned before another attempt. |
| No entry | The request may not have reached Maya or another account was used. | Check network, wallet account and payment route. |
Compare the records in this order
- Open the Maya transaction and copy the reference without sharing private credentials.
- Record the PHP amount and timestamp exactly as shown.
- Open the destination platform history and look for the matching amount and time.
- If one side says completed and the other has no record, report the mismatch once.
A useful support report
Write one short timeline: "Maya shows completed at [time], reference [number], amount [PHP], but the platform history shows [status]." Attach only the relevant screenshots. This is easier to investigate than sending multiple unrelated images.
When can you try again?
Only after the first attempt has a final outcome and you have confirmed whether the money was credited or returned. A second attempt made during processing can create two legitimate transactions instead of fixing the first one.

Maya recommends checking its service status before contacting support and provides help from the signed-in app. Current routes are listed on the official Maya contact page. Maya's published payment documentation also distinguishes pending, authentication and processing states. PinoyDesk does not decide Maya transaction outcomes.
