Check the address, refresh once and open another website. Compare Wi-Fi with mobile data. Close unused tabs and apps, then restart Chrome. If a single game fails while other pages work, save the error and test its platform status or support route.
Is it Chrome, the phone or the service?
Check airplane mode, data allowance, Wi-Fi sign-in and the phone's connection first.
The host, session cookie or service may be the problem. Keep the address and error.
Update Chrome, close tabs and review browser data or site permissions.
Update the app, force stop it, then clear its cache if the login route is known.
A clean Android test
- Confirm the website address and reload once.
- Open a simple website. If it also fails, check mobile data or Wi-Fi.
- Close background video, large downloads, unused tabs and heavy apps.
- Update Chrome and Android System WebView through Google Play, then restart the phone.
- Try the same platform route in Chrome. Do not install an APK from a search ad or chat message.
Cache and storage are not the same
Clearing cache removes temporary files. Clearing storage removes the app's stored data and can sign you out. Use cache first. Before touching storage, record the account recovery method and save any round or payment evidence. Device menus differ across Android brands, so read the confirmation text instead of following a screenshot blindly.
What common errors point to
- ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED: the domain name did not resolve. Recheck the host and network.
- ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT: the route or service did not answer in time.
- Aw, Snap: Chrome could not keep the page running, often after a loading or memory problem.
- Certificate warning: stop. Do not enter login or wallet information.
Send details that support can use
Record the phone brand and model, Android version, Chrome or app version, network, Philippine Time, page or game name, error text and screenshot. Add whether another website worked and whether the same route failed in both the browser and app. Never include the password, OTP or wallet PIN.
Choose the next guide
If the page opens but stutters, use the lag and disconnect guide. iPhone users can follow the Safari checklist. For a payment screen that froze, open the payment record guide before retrying.
