Use one stable connection, pause downloads, close unused video apps and open the game in the supported browser or current app. Make sure the full controls fit on the screen. If the connection changes, check history before continuing.
Screen facts to verify
| Item | Current guide note |
|---|---|
| First test | Stable signal in one location |
| Close | Downloads and background video |
| Check | Full screen and controls |
| After reconnect | Open history first |
Choose one connection before opening the game
Do not let the phone jump repeatedly between weak Wi-Fi and mobile data. Move to a stable spot, choose one connection and load the lobby first. A good speed-test number does not help if the signal changes every few seconds.
Reduce work on the phone
Pause app updates, cloud photo backup and video streaming. Close browsers with many active tabs. Keep enough storage for temporary files and restart the browser if pages have been open for several days. These steps reduce device delay but do not change server availability.
Check screen fit and controls
Use the orientation supported by the game and avoid browser zoom that hides the bet, timer or history button. Close floating chat heads. On a small screen, confirm that the right edge and bottom action area are fully visible before entering a round.
After a reconnect
Wait for the lobby or account status to load. Open round history before repeating an action. Save the exact time if the screen closed during a round. If several games fail while ordinary websites work, the issue may be service-side rather than the phone. Take one screenshot of the error and one of the matching history window; a complete pair is easier to review than repeated refresh attempts.
Keep the title, exact time and round ID visible when saving evidence. Check the current screen after an app update because button position and availability can change.
