Find the correct round
Start with the game title and local time, then compare the amount. If several rounds occurred in the same minute, use the unique round ID. Do not choose a record only because its result looks similar to the animation you remember.
What a complete screenshot should show
Capture the title, round ID, timestamp, amount, result and status in one or two images. Leave enough screen around the record to show that it came from history. Hide unrelated personal details before sharing. Avoid drawing over the numbers support needs to read.
When the animation and history differ
Wait briefly and refresh history once. Do not repeat the paid action to test the screen. If the final record still looks wrong, note whether the phone switched networks or the app reloaded. A short recording can add context, but the stored round ID remains the primary reference.
Write a useful support message
Use one sentence: game title, round ID, exact time, amount and the difference you observed. Attach the relevant record and state what you already checked. This is easier to review than a long chat containing several unrelated rounds.
